Women's Gymnastics Team
We are proud to offer a competitive women's gymnastics team. Compulsory team season begins in August and Optional team season begins in January and both are a year-round commitment.
Compulsory Team
5 years and up
Compulsory Team is the developmental competition team with the levels girls must go through to reach Optional Team. Our Compulsory Team competes levels 2, 3, 4, and 5. Each level has its own practice days and times and competes multiple times throughout the year. Compulsory Team is by invitation only.
Optional Team
7 years and up
Optional Teams will compete multiple times per year on all four apparatus. Practice times will be five days per week. Dedication and discipline is a must, but your gymnast will have a blast learning and competing. Optional Team is by invitation only.
