Who We Are
Founder and president of International Gymnastics Centre Denise Champagne fell in love with the sport of gymnastics as she watched her son grow within it - not simply learning physical skills, but also adopting the character and confidence-building life skills that gymnastics provides. She created the business 20 years ago with the same principles that she respects today: a vision of holistic growth for children and young people through their gymnastics education. Students learn patience, discipline, hard work, hope, and good sportsmanship. Denise ensures all educators are qualified, safety certified and keep their training relevant by attending current seminars and workshops. Jimmy Strosnider
Program Director
Jimmy is the Program Director and Head Coach for International Gymnastics Center. He began gymnastics 26 years ago and was a national competitor and Nevada State Champion. Once he shifted from competing to coaching others, he experienced a newfound joy. He loves teaching others, seeing students’ eyes light up once they master skills, and building competitive teams. Jimmy has been a professionally certified coach through USAG for 17 years and is qualified to teach all gymnastics levels and programs. Families recognize Jimmy for providing goal-oriented lessons while keeping the tenor light, and he is adept at helping students overcome barriers and gain confidence.
